Hello @cristyfelix It takes our systems 24-48 hours to review all the photos against a database and review all the messages in the system. The system is constantly cycling through both of them If you follow the safety tips posted in the forums and in the mail system, they really do work well, you shouldnt have issues and if you do please let us know and we will research further, we take complaints very seriously.
By in large the majority are good people looking for their soulmate. Ownership really doesnt want to charge for the site, they want to provide a free forum for people to meet and requiring a charge card would stop some of these people from signing up.
